We are now taking it to the next level with our new Electronic Custody and Control Forms - commonly referred to as eReq. This initiative is centered on providing you with the ability to order your drug screens online, and for our collection sites to process your requests electronically. Why is this important to you? Because, it is a proven fact that online processes means less paperwork, fewer errors, and an increase in productivity for you and your organization. We are currently enrolling collection sites in your area to become part of our eReq Network. Their participation will let you take advantage of our online ordering system, Quest Integrated Solutions, by sending your donors to a collection site that is using our Online Custody and Control Forms. Getting started is easy and free and is available to any customer that uses a standard custody and control form. As our partner, we are providing you with a list of collection sites that are already part of our eReq Network - check back often as this list is continually updated.
