Quest Diagnostics introduces FormFox, a revolutionary new system that streamlines the entire Chain of Custody process through one convenient web-based system.

		Clients will now be able to go online and initiate a request for drug testing for their employees or new hires.
		Donors will then be provided with a donor's authorization form containing a unique bar code that they will take to a collection site.
		With this new process, you simply scan or enter the donor's unique identifier into the online system and immediately launch the automated collection process.

Best of all, you spend less time on burdensome administrative work, and more time on collecting specimens - adding more to your bottom line. And since the process is now automated you get expedited lab payments.

Registration is required, as we will be transitioning clients in 2008 into this automated process and providing them with a list of participating collection centers.
